Cous Cous

Cous CousCous cous is a dish of Arabian cuisine basically consisting of small grains of steamed semolina.
From Northern Africa it arrived to Sicily and then to the rest of Italy, becoming popular everywhere.
Not only, often you can find it in the recipes of great masters of Italian cuisine.
Pasta ZARA cous cous was born from the art of pasta making that made the company famous worldwide. The final result is a pre-cooked product (quick and easy to prepare, in a few minutes), but maintaining the intrinsic characteristics of traditional cous cous, steamed twice or thrice in couscoussier.
