Egg pasta

All'UovoThe rule for Pasta ZARA pasta with egg is very simple.
Durum wheat semolina is of the highest quality, as always. Eggs used are fresh and obtained only by free-range hens (for this commitment, Pasta ZARA was awarded the International Good Egg Prize in Paris in 2010 by Compassion in World Farming, the largest international non-governmental organization for animal well-being).
Then, everything is mixed with a particular process which enables to obtain a pasta that is very closed to the one homemade in the past, with a rolling pin!
