Dishes appreciated by palates all over the world, that strengthen even further the fame of Italian cuisine abroad. Today even more, given that recipes with Lasagne and Cannelloni are renewing and becoming always more interesting.
First of all, there must be a perfect sheet of pasta: thin, but not too much, in order not to lose wrinkles, becoming smooth, but maintaining its solid “personality”.
Pasta ZARA offers three different versions of pasta sheet for Lasagne: durum wheat semolina, with egg and with spinach.
